House Rules:

Respect the property and the surrounding residents. This is a secluded place within a secluded and private place that some people live permanently. It is operated and maintained by us the owners, we care very much for the property and we expect our guests to care and respect the property as if it's theirs during their stay.

Must disclose if extra guest or pets will be visiting the property. No pets on the furniture please. Follow the waste management system as laid out and take garbage out on Tuesday PM at the entrance of Airfield Lane. No shoes to be worn inside the house. Must clean and put away all dishes prior to check-out. No smoking inside the cottage, if smoking outside, pick up your buts. No fireworks.

Any activities such as swimming, boating, skating, fishing, ice fishing ATVing or any other leisurely activities are done at the individual partaking's own risk and in no way are the owners of the property to be held liable in the event of any accident or injury of any guest during their stay.

By booking with us you acknowledge that you and your party have read and agreed to the house rules detailed on this website. The booking individual for the party is responsible and assumes liability of any damages to the property during their stay and agrees to refund in full, any damages caused by booking individual or his/her group during the stay.

Check-out Instructions:

- Please place all dirty towels and dirty linens in the bath tub.

- All dishes cleaned and put away.

- BBQ to be left clean and tidy after use.

- Hot tub cover is on and temperature down to 90

- Kayaks are anchored at storage area.

- All cigarette butts and/or garbage around deck or exterior is cleaned up.

- Any ‘gifts’ left by pets are picked up and disposed of
